Reservations: Dinner reservations are not required at the Grouse Nest Restaurant, but are recommended on Saturdays in the Summer and Fall. If your group is over 12, we highly recommend reservations so that we can be prepared for your group. Limiting the entree selections may be suggested to help better serve you in a timely fasion. The Grouse Nest Restaurant is a casual atmosphere and does not adhere to a dress code.
